Robusta Studio
- Led delivery of the Mazaya Stores Android app, a 100K+-download Magento storefront, where checkout conversion rose 27% and active installs grew 20% over the same period. ~1,090 commits across 20+ Gradle modules in 16 months.
- Led the migration of an already-shipping app into a white-label Compose Multiplatform product on Android and iOS, moving legacy screens onto a 3-tier tokenized design system that is themeable per brand. 71 MRs, 40+ screens.
- Led the full Android checkout rebuild — cart, unified payment summary, shipping and payment methods — and own Fawry and Paymob card and POS integration end to end.
- Authored and led the app's end-to-end migration to Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform — the whole app, off Fragment-based navigation, Compose hosted in Fragments, and RxJava, onto Coroutines and Compose Navigation, through to merge.
- Own the Packer, Captain and Courier modules of the Mazaya Operations app (Clean Architecture, Compose, Flow, MVI, Koin), cutting operational time 20% over 484 commits as top contributor by 3.7x; designed its push-notification stack from scratch.
- Own the Android release cycle: certificate pinning with rotation, Android Keystore, ProGuard/R8, Play Console publishing and release notes.
- Instrumented the app's full analytics event surface (Firebase, Facebook, TikTok) for product and business funnel metrics, and ran Mazaya Operations demos for employees and Mazaya HQ.
- Architected a 3-agent Figma-to-code pipeline with a human approval gate, and a schema-constrained AI code-review tool primed on 233 mined reviewer comments.

- Sole Android developer for three production apps at a product company serving government clients.
- Refactored a legacy Java/XML codebase to Clean Architecture with MVVM/MVI, Dagger2 and Hilt, moving callback-based data fetching onto Kotlin Coroutines.
- Performance optimization work cut startup time 25% (TTFD, 1160 ms to 871 ms) and data loading 85% by caching static content. Built an internal Android SDK, an offline-first Room app, and real-time notifications over Microsoft SignalR.
